Hidden Places, Loughwood Meeting House - July 2025

The exhibition was called ‘Hidden Places’ inspired by the chapel which was founded in secret due to religious persecution. The work we produced over the past 6 months came to represent the many hidden places in the natural environments we discovered while spending time together collaborating in East Devon.

Through winter, spring and summer, we gathered, drew, and sculpted in the orchard and inside the chapel. The exhibition presented the processes and products we gleaned from the time we spent at this chapel. Loughwood meeting house has become a place for us to congregate, explore the natural world and create work inspired by it.
